1. Supremacy of Terms

The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if presented after these T&Cs. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed upon in writing and in advance by both parties to be valid.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All invoices issued by Le Huit are payable within 21 working days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order confirmation.

2.2 In the event of late payment, Le Huit reserves the right to:

  • Charge interest of 10% of the outstanding amount.
  • Suspend the provision of services without prior notice until full payment is received.

3. Debt Recovery

If a payment remains unpaid for more than 60 days after the due date, Le Huit may engage a debt recovery agency. All costs incurred, including legal fees, will be borne by the client.

4. Withholding Tax

Clients in countries requiring withholding tax are responsible for complying with their local tax regulations. The client agrees to:

  • Pay the withholding tax directly to the appropriate tax authority.
  • Ensure that Le Huit receives the full invoiced amount without deductions.
Le Huit shall not bear any costs or liabilities associated with the client’s local legislation.

5. Service Standards

5.1 Le Huit is committed to delivering high-quality products and services within the agreed timeframes. However, the obligations of Le Huit are limited to a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific results.

5.2 Le Huit shall not be held liable for damages or claims brought against the client by third parties, including end consumers.

6. Claims and Complaints

To be valid, any claim or complaint must be submitted to Le Huit in writing via registered mail within 8 days of receiving the goods or services. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.

7. Governing Law

All transactions and contractual relations between Le Huit and its clients shall be governed exclusively by Hong Kong law.

Le Huit 2 Company Limited reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Clients will be informed of any updates, and the latest version of the T&Cs will apply to subsequent transactions.
